5/13/24 (Mon) 1PM -9PM Check in & Hospitality Room –Sightseeing on your own

Purchase raffle tickets for banquet & buy storekeeper items

5/14/24 (Tue) 9:30AM -9PM Check in & Hospitality Room. If you plan to go on the trip

to DC tomorrow, you must check in today.

5/15/24 (Wed) 8:00AM – 5:00PM Bus trip to Washington, DC

8:00 AM - Bus leaves hotel for DC trip

9:00AM- 11:00AM Trip to the Washington Navy Yard (if available)

11AM-3:45PM - Eat lunch, tour DC & Smithsonians on your own

3:45PM – 5:00PM Bus trip back to hotel

5/16/24 (Thurs) 10AM – 12PM Trip to Mt. Olivet Cemetery for Memorial Service in the

Chapel for our shipmates on Eternal Patrol since 2022

12:00 - 1PM Lunch on your own

1:00 - 3 PM Hospitality room open and sightseeing on your own

5/16/24 (Thurs) 5:00-9:00PM Dutch’s Daughter Restaurant - We will carpool here.

5-6 PM Cocktail hour & Appetizers (Fruit and Veggie/ Cheese & Crackers)

6-9 PM Sit Down Dinner - You must choose one entrée per person:

Beef medallions, Atlantic Salmon (blackened with a Honey Glaze) OR Hawaiian

Chicken ( Marinated Teriyaki Chicken Tenderloins Topped with Grilled Pineapple)

We will have a room at the hotel that we will be using for registration, selling raffle tickets (instead of selling them at the banquet), and selling storekeeper items. This can be used as a small hospitality room. We will have some chips, water, soda & beer available.

The hotel has a nice lobby, restaurant & bar and breakfast area where you can hang out and visit with shipmates.
